The Biker Lawyer, Tony Olson, is a lifelong motorcyclist, and is intimately familiar with the trails and back roads of rural Iowa. As a third-generation biker, Tony is passionate about making our roadways safer, and protecting the rights of bikers injured in crashes. To further these goals, Tony is a member of ABATE of Iowa and the Iowa Association for Justice.
Tony grew up in rural eastern Iowa where he learned the value of an honest day’s labor at his family’s farm and photography businesses. It’s these Iowa values that drove Tony to become a lawyer who helps injured bikers and workers. Tony’s goal is to make sure his clients are treated fairly for the harms and losses they suffer from the fault of other drivers, or while on the job.
After working his way through college at the University of Iowa, Tony attended Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton, Tony earned a CALI “Excellence for the Future” award in alternative dispute resolution by demonstrating superior skills in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Over the eight years he was employed before becoming a lawyer, Tony worked a variety of retail, customer service, and supply-chaining positions. These experiences give Tony insight into the unique problems faced by injured workers, and allow him to better represent his clients.
