The products recalled include chicken salad, ham salad, potato salad, and barbecue beans with beef. The products were distributed widely across the United States and Canada.

The contamination was detected upon a food retesting ordered by the Food and Drug Administration and conducted by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
